About Us
Denisha Sharee is a military veteran who discovered her passion for
leadership during her 25-year tenure in the US Air Force. There, she
not only honed her personal leadership skills, but increased her
discipline and resilience while leading others to do the same.
At the height of her career, Denisha improved her emotional
intelligence skills and advocated for self-discovery in order to find
purpose, leading down a road less traveled…the path inward.
In search of purpose, she stumbled over what she enjoyed doing, what
she was good at doing, what others saw as her strengths, and chasing
achievements until she was squarely facing inner pain, fear, guilt,
and shame, all of which essentially highlighted the rest of who she
is. Once Denisha was able to reclaim all of what made her whole, she
embraced it and incorporated discipline to balance mind, body, and
spirit, which is where she found the most fulfillment. From this place
of balance, she intends to assist others who long to find
self-harmony.

Since 2023, DSW has set the standard for peer-to-peer advisory excellence, and since 2024, we’ve been bringing this tradition of excellence to the D.C., Maryland, Virginia.
